Gerduan Kemp Photo & Film was established in 2015 and my journey so far has been nothing but spectacular! Every moment captured through my lens is a memory that’ll last forever.

While I am not out in the field capturing memories with my camera, I am on stage living my childhood dream as a singer. I've been working in the music industry for a decade and has performed at various major functions and festivals, across the country.
I feel privileged to be able to live out both of my passions.
I grew up in Bloemfontein and was already very passionate about music and photography while in primary school. However, it was not until my final year at university, where I was studying Communication – Media Studies and Journalism, that I decided to make a full-time career in music and photography after graduating.

However, it was not until my final year at university, where I was studying Communication – Media Studies and Journalism, that I decided to make a full-time career in music and photography after graduating.
Sesde Sintuig, my debut album, was released in the last quarter of 2021 and now has almost half a million streams on Spotify. The album has already produced four radio hits and three great music videos, Sesde Sintuig, Langpad na More, Jou Tipe Jaloers and Al Die Woorde (a duet with Die Kontrak's Tasha). My chart-topping songs can be heard on radio stations nationwide including leading stations such as JacarandaFM, OFM, GrootFM and BokRADIO. My music videos can be seen on popular TV channels such as kykNET and VIA. Al Die Woorde is also included on the Afrikaans is Groot Volume 14 album. I signed a distribution contract with Coleske Artists in 2021.
It was also a great privilege to be able to write this album with well-known artists such as Hugo Ludik (ADAM), Riaan Benade, Nick Jordaan (Rubber Duck), Johan Oberholzer and Petrus van Wyk.
